Symposia and workshops will bring together researchers and professionals with complementary or opposing perspectives on a common topic.
Symposia will focus on a theoretical approach, while workshops will include practical demonstrations.
Abstracts for symposium or workshop proposals must be submitted through the form available on the website.
To do so, it is necessary to register on the platform beforehand.
Once you have registered on the platform and to complete the process, you must select the participant group to which you belong and complete the purchase process (with the option to choose to pay later to finalise this purchase process).
Each symposium/workshop will have a maximum duration of 60 minutes, including presentations and discussion.
Each symposium/workshop will include three or four oral presentations and will have a coordinator who will give the floor to participants, summarize the main contributions of each presentation, and, most importantly, facilitate a final discussion related to the content of the presentations.
The duration of each presentation within the symposia/workshops will be approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on the number of associated communications. After submitting the symposium or workshop proposal, all participants will receive an email invitation to register on the website and upload their respective papers.
The notification of acceptance or rejection of the symposium will be sent to the coordinator by email on February 12, 2026.
